Yves Passot might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egídio Quirino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yves Passot ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Magalhães in the 30th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Gu Sha Zhen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Montevideo City Torque's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lindo Noia was slow to take the kick. During this time A.A.100Qualidade's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Lindo Noia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler did a great save. When Yves Passot came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Montevideo City Torque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yves Passot couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yves Passot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Egídio Quirino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Betadur Medel got a free kick in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler got control of the ball when Keno Pavon tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Betadur Medel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Antony Elias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ospetsu Villarmerin hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Montevideo City Torque were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of A.A.100Qualidade for a fine match.
