If Gustaf Tiede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustaf Tiede could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Stanford Peters made a huge save. Marco van Zijderveld made in the 26th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jose Cunningham immediately put the ball in play. Gustaf Tiede recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Kentucky Mustangs from getting a goal against them. Jack Agnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Tiede in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Ian Axelfeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Marco van Zijderveld. 62 minutes into the match, Phillip Pallisø notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters. Stanford Peters was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gao Lang Feng hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gao Lang Feng hit a great ball. In the 70th match minute, Kentucky Mustangs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barry Curry to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match Sebastian Gilen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stanford Peters skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaf Tiede in the 72nd minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 minutes, Barry Curry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kentucky Mustangs and the AB Tårnby players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AB Tårnby booed when Kentucky Mustangs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barry Curry didn't get a good kick on the ball.
