After 24 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Bombai Bombis. In the 26thth minute of the game Adriano Michelini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Michelini in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stanford Peters prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stanford Peters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Michelini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jack Agnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Biagio Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jack Agnes to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Aris Salonicco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Agnes came free, but Biagio Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aris Salonicco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Michelini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giampaolo Pazzinis short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Stanford Peters to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Di Ruscio in the 73rd minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kentucky Mustangs's Wilford Griggs was substituted for Cesar Hays. A nice corner shot did that Comunardo Brunelli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stanford Peters quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Stanford Peters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giampaolo Pazzini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Giampaolo Pazzini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanford Peters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giampaolo Pazzini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Stanford Peters made a huge save. Jack Agnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Sophan Sudiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Kentucky Mustangs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Aris Salonicco FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
