In the 11th minute Alejandra were awarded a corner. Gilberto Goizeder went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Gilberto Goizeder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stanford Peters quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Goizeder in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Gilberto Goizeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanford Peters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Federico Girotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanford Peters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanford Peters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Goizeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 38 minutes into the match, Alejandra's goalkeeper Maurinho Terra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jack Agnes. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alejandra's goalkeeper Maurinho Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alejandra's Maurinho Terra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Alejandra from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Kentucky Mustangs defense, Federico Girotti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanford Peters. The Kentucky Mustangs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanford Peters should have stopped the shot. After the first half Alejandra were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Girotti made a kick off. Gao Lang Feng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Barry Curry hit a great ball. Stanford Peters was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gilberto Goizeder. Stanford Peters was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Federico Girotti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Federico Girotti really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Alejandra's Maurinho Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gao Lang Feng in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Girotti. Stanford Peters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Goizeder in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Alejandra's Gilberto Goizeder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Agnes in the 73rd minute of play forced Alejandra's goalkeeper Maurinho Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Stanford Peters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Natanael in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute Jack Agnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurinho Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Fernando Natanael took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Stanford Peters to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carsten Zandberg in the 86th minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Gilberto Goizeder notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters. Stanford Peters was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kentucky Mustangs's Jack Agnes got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandra played a much better game than Kentucky Mustangs and deserved their victory. The Kentucky Mustangs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
