Silverio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Bator in the 21st minute of the match. After some careless play in the CA Quake defense, Rafal Bator kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Cordearo. The CA Quake fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Cordearo should have stopped the shot. Eugeniusz Fujara was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Diabolic Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! Lucas Hostens had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Rogelio Sadurni's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benicio Balasi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
