In the 4th minute, Marcelinho de Salles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radomir Dudzik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marcelinho de Salles struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Radomir Dudzik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itajaí Football Club. Marcelinho de Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilberto Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Arce came free, but Radomir Dudzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Itajaí Football Club's Afonso Severo got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Itajaí Football Club's goalkeeper Marcelo Galvão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grzegorz Drozdowski. After 17 minutes, Leonardo Varela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itajaí Football Club and the FC Czermno players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Itajaí Football Club's Leonardo Varela got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Marcelinho de Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute Marcelinho de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Dudzik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Itajaí Football Club getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Leonardo Varela hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the game, Itajaí Football Club's Marcelinho de Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radomir Dudzik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 32nd minute of the match Itajaí Football Club got a corner. FC Czermno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Afonso Severo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Afonso Severo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radomir Dudzik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radomir Dudzik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelinho de Salles's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Marcelinho de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Dudzik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelinho de Salles in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radomir Dudzik saved FC Czermno from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Gilberto Arce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itajaí Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When Conrado Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Itajaí Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Miranda couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Marcelinho de Salles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radomir Dudzik was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. 42 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho de Salles came free, but Radomir Dudzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Itajaí Football Club's Marcelo Galvão got control of the ball when Fabian Teofila tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelinho de Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Marcelinho de Salles made a precise shot to the right of Radomir Dudzik. FC Czermno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 55 minutes into the game, Grzegorz Drozdowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Czermno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itajaí Football Club the free kick. In the 55th minute, Grzegorz Drozdowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Itajaí Football Club made a substitution. Carlos Eduardo da Costa replaced Marcelinho de Salles. In the 57th minute, Gilberto Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Carlos Eduardo da Costa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Radomir Dudzik, 0-8. Carlos Eduardo da Costa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Radomir Dudzik 64 minutes into the match. In the 68thth minute of the game Gilberto Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Czermno's Radomir Dudzik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Teofila in the 69th minute of play. Itajaí Football Club's Carlos Eduardo da Costa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 75 played minutes Carlos Eduardo da Costa rounded FC Czermno's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-11. In the 82nd minute, Carlos Eduardo da Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radomir Dudzik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. Radomir Dudzik came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Itajaí Football Club's Carlos Eduardo da Costa. But to his dismay, Carlos Eduardo da Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Radomir Dudzik was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Carlos Eduardo da Costa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlos Eduardo da Costa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. Carlos Eduardo da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Radomir Dudzik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92ndth minute of the game Carlos Eduardo da Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Czermno's Radomir Dudzik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Itajaí Football Club's Conrado Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95thth minute of the game Carlos Eduardo da Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Czermno's Radomir Dudzik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Itajaí Football Club were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after FC Czermno's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Afonso Severo took the corner.
