Michel van der Bij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şahin Zeyyat, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Öz Bern SK's Kılıç Uğural proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Öz Bern SK from getting a goal against them. ISPARTASPOR U21's Michel van der Bij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şahin Zeyyat in the 16th minute of play. Michel van der Bij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Ramundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Michel van der Bij made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 38th minute Cristiano Ramundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel van der Bij saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Alexsandro de Carvalho heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. ISPARTASPOR U21's Michel van der Bij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şahin Zeyyat in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, ISPARTASPOR U21's Ludomir Lanczak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şahin Zeyyat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Öz Bern SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Ramundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Cristiano Ramundo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michel van der Bij was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. ISPARTASPOR U21's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfredo Gumaro in the 70th minute. A nice corner shot did that Alfredo Gumaro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kılıç Uğural quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Fermin Bemabe fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ISPARTASPOR U21's protests and gave Fermin Bemabe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Fermin Bemabe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ISPARTASPOR U21 made a substitution. Suelo De Toro replaced Dorian Mangueira. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Öz Bern SK's Cristiano Ramundo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel van der Bij. That made the score 2-5 after 88 minutes of play. Michel van der Bij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Ramundo in the 91st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludomir Lanczak in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kılıç Uğural saved Öz Bern SK from getting behind.
