Spectators: 7547 (Terracing: 5662, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vic Wijnants took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Vic Wijnants had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edelmiro Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute ToCoTaN FC were awarded a corner. Vic Wijnants went to the cornerflag to take it. ToCoTaN FC's Simon Wallin got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 played minutes ToCoTaN FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Beltran. The crowd rose to their feet as Emerald's Victor Piţurcă slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edelmiro Veronica. That made the score 1-1 after 26 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vic Wijnants in the 32nd minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ToCoTaN FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vic Wijnants in the 33rd minute. 38 minutes into the match, Vic Wijnants had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Lobonț. Emerald's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vic Wijnants was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. A collision led to ToCoTaN FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jethro Van Landschoot hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Vic Wijnants came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half ToCoTaN FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vic Wijnants in the 59th minute of the match. Bogdan Lobonț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubén Montt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, ToCoTaN FC's Rubén Montt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bogdan Lobonț made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Victor Piţurcă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emerald's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Piţurcă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edelmiro Veronica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Vic Wijnants could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Bogdan Lobonț however easily saved by the left post. In the 68th minute, Jethro Van Landschoot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Emerald's Bogdan Lobonț got control of the ball when Mahmut Bilen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victor Piţurcă hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Wallin in the 75th minute of the match. Vic Wijnants recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogdan Lobonț didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vic Wijnants went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Bogdan Lobonț made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Mahmut Bilen sent off a good shot on target. Hurşit Cemşit kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Rubén Montt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Bogdan Lobonț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Vic Wijnants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Lobonț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Emerald fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ToCoTaN FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
