Abdi Saygın Timur hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Victor Piţurcă might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Metehan Perkel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Piţurcă ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 11 minutes, Victor Piţurcă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emerald's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Piţurcă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bogdan Lobonț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armağan Özsahin, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abdi Saygın Timur in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Victor Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Metehan Perkel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nejat Kotuz kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cihan Geylani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Bogdan Lobonț made a huge save. Ioan Logofătu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Songur Karataş sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bogdan Lobonț skillfully saved the ball. A hard shot 34 in the game by Armağan Özsahin from a close distance when the talented Bogdan Lobonț managed to make a qualified save. Emerald's players were relieved. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Metehan Perkel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 47th minute of play.

In the 53rd minute, Victor Piţurcă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Metehan Perkel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Muharrem Bağdaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 57 played minutes ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü got a freekick which was hit by Yusuf Bahadır Uğuralp. Saltuk Vacit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Armağan Özsahin came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Emerald getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Valeriu Râmniceanu hit a great ball. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muharrem Bağdaş in the 71st minute of the match. Metehan Perkel was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Victor Piţurcă capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Piţurcă really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü made a substitution. Gabriel Vermeşan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Metehan Perkel firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Emerald eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
