In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind US DI BESTI FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Macedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Su Yuan Yu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Macedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Su Yuan Yu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 45 played minutes US DI BESTI FC got a freekick which was hit by João Paulo Sergipano. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Su Yuan Yu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Su Yuan Yu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfredo Macedo. That made the score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. Alfredo Macedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Su Yuan Yu in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute of the game João Paulo Sergipano made a throw-in which Fabrício Sabóia played forward. Su Yuan Yu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Alfredo Macedo made a huge save. After 70 played minutes US DI BESTI FC got a freekick which was hit by João Paulo Sergipano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Ceulemans in the 77th minute of play forced Real Racing Club's goalkeeper Gao Fei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Su Yuan Yu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Alfredo Macedo made a huge save. The Real Racing Club fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Real Racing Club's Su Yuan Yu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gao Fei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathieu Ceulemans in the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Real Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Mannuel came free, but Gao Fei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Racing Club were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after US DI BESTI FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ismael Brun took the corner. The corner led Real Racing Club's Ismael Brun to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfredo Macedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
