Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) 3 minutes into the match, Islas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Arevalo came free, but Vicente Ipar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th minute Oscar Arevalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Islas FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Aquiles Grabiel hit a great ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Danilo Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Islas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danilo Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute, Eustacio Inko made a precise shot to the right of Abel Orlan. Gorgory's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Oscar Arevalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Ipar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Eustacio Inko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gorgory's Abel Orlan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abel Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Inko, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Grabiel during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aquiles Grabiel hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th match minute, Islas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the game, Gorgory's Higinio Valiente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Ipar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Higinio Valiente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicente Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Ecobescu in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gorgory's Elroy Snijders was substituted for Oscar Arevalo. When Elroy Snijders got free in front of the goal in the 53rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vicente Ipar was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gorgory's Abel Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Inko in the 62nd minute of play. The corner ended in Benedicto Tonete almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gorgory's Abel Orlan did a great save. Elroy Snijders struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Vicente Ipar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorgory. Gorgory's Paulino Araoz was substituted for Higinio Valiente. Abel Orlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Inko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Ipar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gheorghe Ecobescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 83 minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Valente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Islas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gorgory the free kick. Osvaldo Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The Gorgory players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
