Carlos Santana started the match with the kick off. Tommy Kullander made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Galo do Japi's Eriberto de Souza. Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Johnsson in the 6th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Tommy Kullander in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galo do Japi's Zeca Caca-Rato. The supporters of Galo do Japi booed when BK Badboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Kullander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kenneth Vestberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Santana in the 10th minute. Carlos Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of BK Badboll booed when Galo do Japi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Ringaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cléberson Lara in the 20th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Carlos Santana took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kenneth Vestberg to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenneth Vestberg. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. With a little luck, BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg got control of the ball when Carlos Santana tried to sneak it across the goal line. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save BK Badboll from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Galo do Japi's Cauan Catarinense got a free kick in the 40th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Tommy Kullander in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Kenneth Vestberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Eskil Ekeroth kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Cafu Ringaa struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Kenneth Vestberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galo do Japi. In the 64th minute, Carlos Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galo do Japi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Santana in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BK Badboll's Gert Bjursell got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Carlos Santana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Kenneth Vestberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronaldo Giovanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes, Carlos Santana made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. BK Badboll's Kenneth Vestberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cléberson Lara hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Carlos Santana took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth Vestberg. Kenneth Vestberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. There was no doubt that Galo do Japi were the better team. Galo do Japi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
