Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5590, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cayetano Bazkoare made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th match minute, BK Badboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Kuse to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Cayetano Bazkoare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Frank Karlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Badboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Karlsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kenneth Vestberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Bazkoare in the 17th minute of play. When Quitilipi's Cayetano Bazkoare in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Badboll's goalie prevented a goal. After 19 played minutes Quitilipi got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Laurentzi. Quitilipi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Frank Karlsson scored to the left of an out of position Saul Suarez, making the score, 1-0. 24 minutes into the game, Quitilipi's Marcelo Laurentzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Vestberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 28 minutes, Mikael Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Badboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Johnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BK Badboll's Mikael Johnsson got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Karlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Saul Suarez made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, BK Badboll's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Bazkoare came free, but Kenneth Vestberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quitilipi were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after BK Badboll's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arí Lucas took the corner. Kenneth Vestberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Bazkoare's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Karlsson in the 41st minute of play forced Quitilipi's goalkeeper Saul Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Iurie Malcoci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quitilipi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Badboll the free kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute Frank Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Johnsson in the 55th minute of play forced Quitilipi's goalkeeper Saul Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Bazkoare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Inocencio Lartaun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kenneth Vestberg. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. Kenneth Vestberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Bazkoare in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kenneth Vestberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. BK Badboll's Frank Karlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Inocencio Lartaun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quitilipi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 74 minutes into the match, Mikael Johnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saul Suarez. Quitilipi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikael Johnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. 83 minutes into the game, Marcelo Laurentzi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kenneth Vestberg. Marcelo Laurentzi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. In the 91st minute, Cayetano Bazkoare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quitilipi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Frank Karlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Quitilipi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BK Badboll throughout the match.
