After 10 minutes Rank 1's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Salvador Hats who took care of the corner kick. Salvador Hats in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcus Hagström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ulf Ros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. After 16 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Brais. Salvador Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Salvador Hats's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Hagström was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rank 1 reached it. Rank 1's Marcus Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Hats in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Salvador Hats could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Marcus Hagström however easily saved by the left post. Rank 1's Marcus Hagström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Rank 1 from getting a goal against them. Salvador Hats in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcus Hagström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcus Hagström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Hats's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After 42 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Brais. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvador Hats was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Delmar Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Fortín de Floresta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Manex was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvino Tinto hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Marcus Hagström came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by El Fortín de Floresta's Delmar Manex. But to his dismay, Delmar Manex quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cipriano Aguilera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El Fortín de Floresta's Hector Selmo was substituted for Delmar Manex. Marcus Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Hats in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Salvador Hats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lucio Stanislao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rank 1's goalie prevented a goal. After 95 played minutes Rank 1 got a freekick which was hit by Michael Lundqvist.
