LA VIOLA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Overdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xu Li Sang hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Ruy de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Overdal in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Chico de Sousa came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, LA VIOLA's Osvald Uter made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmo Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Chico de Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Martinsson was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After the first half LA VIOLA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chico de Sousa made a kick off. Chico de Sousa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Martinsson having to make a save. 52 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Chico de Sousa came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chico de Sousa hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Dalmo Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Bäckman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico de Sousa in the 60th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Chico de Sousa came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
