In the 5th minute of the match, Ludwig Magnusson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gusmão Dias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 6 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Leo Beckman. Gusmão Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Buksvinens IF booed when Fotbollens Lakejer BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Leo Beckman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Pihlgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nils-Erik Ahlerot hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Gusmão Dias came out and tried to block the shot, but Fredrik Vesterberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Sutton got free with Gusmão Dias in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Ludwig Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gusmão Dias having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reine Cane in the 56th minute of play forced Fotbollens Lakejer BK's goalkeeper Jonas Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute CJ Sutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusmão Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Casper Vallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ludwig Magnusson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th match minute, Buksvinens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Beckman to maneuver through the defense. Buksvinens IF's Edgar Sandwall was substituted for Andreas Rydberg. Jonas Pihlgren made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Reine Cane sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ros hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Buksvinens IF's Mattias Högman in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fotbollens Lakejer BK's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fotbollens Lakejer BK had played much better football throughout.
