Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Cascajares in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Polito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Emilio Cascajares put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emiliano Polito. Emilio Rizzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Eskil Vester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Duri come il marmo were awarded a corner. Mary Cau went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Duri come il marmo's corner Mary Cau fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eskil Vester quite easily take care of the ball. Eskil Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Rudkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Emilio Cascajares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Claudinei Custódio fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored October 04's protests and gave Claudinei Custódio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Duri come il marmo booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Custódio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corrado Contestabile came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eskil Vester could save by the left post. With a little luck, October 04's Eskil Vester got control of the ball when Emilio Rizzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Duri come il marmo's Fabio Presutti got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Eskil Vester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corrado Contestabile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilio Cascajares might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Polito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Cascajares ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Cascajares in the 41st minute of play forced Duri come il marmo's goalkeeper Emiliano Polito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Emilio Rizzo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, October 04's Aníbal Correia got a free kick in the 50th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Addari in the 52nd minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Emilio Cascajares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emiliano Polito, 0-3. 57 minutes into the match, Duri come il marmo's goalkeeper Emiliano Polito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pran Labitte. After 58 minutes Duri come il marmo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fellipe Valle who took care of the corner kick. Pran Labitte made a great header on October 04's corner, it was just that Duri come il marmo's Emiliano Polito managed to reach the ball for a save. After 61 minutes of play, October 04's Emilio Cascajares made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Polito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emilio Cascajares scored 0-6 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Polito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. October 04 made a substitution. Waldemar de Sena replaced Aníbal Correia. 71 minutes into the game, Emilio Cascajares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emiliano Polito. Emilio Cascajares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Emilio Cascajares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Polito having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Cascajares in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano Polito saved Duri come il marmo from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Cascajares got free with Emiliano Polito in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the match, Duri come il marmo's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Cascajares came free, but Emiliano Polito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th play minute Emilio Cascajares came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emiliano Polito. 1-8. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched October 04 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
