In the 40th minute Fernandinho Albuquerque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Hake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Hake made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Aírton Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake got control of the ball when Fernandinho Albuquerque tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nils Liedholm IF's Harry Wennerquist got a free kick in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Marc Juhlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
