After 33 minutes ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cai Ocaña who took care of the corner kick. Salud y República's Fructuoso Echavarri was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dário Veríssimo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dário Veríssimo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reyes No's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Abdika Philip could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Dário Veríssimo made a huge save. When %teams%'s Abdika Philip was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-1 just inside the left pole, 39 minutes into the game. Dário Veríssimo was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Junior in the 42nd minute of play. Ali Brahem charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Abdika Philip took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dário Veríssimo. In the 66th minute, Abdika Philip left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salud y República fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. With a little luck, Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu got control of the ball when Jedrzej Bazan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reyes No in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dário Veríssimo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Reyes No's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dário Veríssimo was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Jedrzej Bazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Suciu made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Junior. A collision led to Salud y República getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Fructuoso Echavarri hit a great ball. The Salud y República players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
