Ronaldo Teves took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Borimir Karamanchev. Borimir Karamanchev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Dário Aveiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. castro marim cyty's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Aveiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Morais kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Nuno Peralta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Dário Aveiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borimir Karamanchev having to interfere. Cristobal Abel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, castro marim cyty's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Odon came free, but Nuno Peralta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borimir Karamanchev made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Dário Aveiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute Leopoldo Odon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Club Atletico Blas made a substitution. Julio Bazil replaced Edgard Marin. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristobal Abel was slow to take the kick. During this time castro marim cyty's players had a chance to rest. Paulo Quental was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Cristobal Abel came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the castro marim cyty fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Abel couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Cristobal Abel made a precise shot to the right of Borimir Karamanchev. Club Atletico Blas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Borimir Karamanchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Teves in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Ernesto Aureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
