Juan Carlos Suciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Veliz in the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Ove Söderström in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Carlos Suciu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Mathy in the 23rd minute of play. The throw-in from Iosu Pantoja in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gnesta Oilers's Gaudencio Stanislao. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Salud y República's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaudencio Stanislao was slow to take the kick. During this time Gnesta Oilers's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Gnesta Oilers's corner Claes Thidén fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juan Carlos Suciu quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Söderström in the 32nd minute of play forced Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gnesta Oilers's Claes Thidén managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Iosu Pantoja in the 34 minute of the game. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Söderström in the 35th minute of play. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salud y República. Ximen Feria kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Veliz got free with Juan Carlos Suciu in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Söderström in the 66th minute of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Patrick Eliasson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Salud y República's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Mathy came free, but Juan Carlos Suciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Carlos Suciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejo Veliz in the 94th minute. Gnesta Oilers played a much better game than Salud y República and deserved their victory. The Salud y República players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
