Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Blomqvist in the 3rd minute of the match. Wincent Jarosiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute Perry Overloop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Overloop in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fresta BK Väsby's Jens-Åke Månsson got a free kick in the 8th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Cunha got free with Axel Östlund in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Axel Östlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Bomba, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Apelquist in the 15th minute of play forced Valadas's goalkeeper Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Fresta BK Väsby fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Fresta BK Väsby's Henrik Biörnberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Axel Östlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nuno Cunha's late challenge caught a Fresta BK Väsby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Fresta BK Väsby got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Apelquist. Nuno Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrik Öberg to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Pankracy Juroszek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fresta BK Väsby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valadas the free kick. The supporters of Valadas booed when Fresta BK Väsby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pankracy Juroszek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perry Overloop kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Valadas's Ricardo Valente broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Öberg in the 59th minute of play. With his leg Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Fresta BK Väsby's Mikael Apelquist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Östlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Bomba, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Valadas were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Fresta BK Väsby's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ricardo Valente took the corner. The corner led Valadas's Ricardo Valente to fire away a dangerous shot which Axel Östlund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Axel Östlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valadas's Gerd-Peter Meiswinkel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Valadas from getting a goal against them. In the 89th match minute, Fresta BK Väsby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doyok Nahumarury to maneuver through the defense. The Valadas players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
