Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stephen Clapham in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Munhoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14thth minute of the game Stephen Clapham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Psiu!'s José Munhoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Stickleback Utd Xl's Stephen Clapham in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Psiu!'s goalie prevented a goal. Stickleback Utd Xl's Gary Pettifer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Anacleto Lluciano, made in the 21st minute of the game. In the 22nd minute, Stephen Clapham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stickleback Utd Xl fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anderson Ortiz got free with Sly Collier in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stickleback Utd Xl's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chico Santana was slow to take the kick. During this time Psiu!'s players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Stickleback Utd Xl's goalie and right to Jerônimo Dantas. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Stickleback Utd Xl's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Sly Collier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerônimo Dantas in the 28th minute. Psiu!'s José Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Clapham in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Stephen Clapham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stickleback Utd Xl fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Psiu!'s Valério Alves got a free kick in the 38th minute. Psiu!'s José Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Clapham in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Deilmison Robben recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sly Collier. Deilmison Robben showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 47 minutes into the match, Psiu!'s goal looked a bit too open when Stephen Clapham came free, but José Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Stickleback Utd Xl's Kris Tetley was substituted for Stephen Clapham. Sly Collier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anderson Ortiz in the 54th minute of play. José Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kris Tetley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Anderson Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sly Collier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Kris Tetley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Psiu!'s José Munhoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Deilmison Robben was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Psiu!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stickleback Utd Xl the free kick. After 65 played minutes Psiu! got a freekick which was hit by Deilmison Robben. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kris Tetley in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Munhoz saved Psiu! from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kris Tetley in the 68th minute of play forced Psiu!'s goalkeeper José Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Psiu!'s José Munhoz got control of the ball when Silvester Odell tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Stickleback Utd Xl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rowan Busby to maneuver through the defense. Psiu!'s José Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Tetley in the 74th minute of play. Kris Tetley did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised José Munhoz 75 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kris Tetley in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Munhoz saved Psiu! from getting behind. Olly Paley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. José Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Kris Tetley kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving José Munhoz. That made the score 1-4 in the 84 minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Stickleback Utd Xl's Kris Tetley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Munhoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. José Munhoz made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Kris Tetley sent off a good shot on target. Stickleback Utd Xl's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
