After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Santos da Bahia Fc! Kuzey Sebat shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 8th minute, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Berker Sani dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Santos da Bahia Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco scored to the left of an out of position Minh Banana, making the score, 2-0. Minh Banana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Adilson Mazza's late challenge caught a DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adilson Mazza helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Santos da Bahia Fc getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Adilson Mazza hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Jürgen Fahlgren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Minh Banana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DUBAI Palm Jumeirah. If Berker Sani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Berker Sani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Minh Banana. That made the score 5-0 in the 26 minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Santos da Bahia Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco came free, but Minh Banana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santos da Bahia Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Berker Sani scored to the left of an out of position Minh Banana, making the score, 6-0. After some careless play in the Santos da Bahia Fc defense, Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Minh Banana. The Santos da Bahia Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Minh Banana should have stopped the shot. When Donato Christobal came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the DUBAI Palm Jumeirah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Christobal couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Berker Sani ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Minh Banana. Minh Banana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-0. If Emil Plop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Berker Sani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Minh Banana. That made the score 9-0 after 45 minutes of play. The DUBAI Palm Jumeirah fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Berker Sani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 10-0 at half-time.

Minh Banana came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Donato Christobal. But to his dismay, Donato Christobal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 18-0. After 86 minutes of play, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco made it 19-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Minh Banana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Minh Banana didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Berker Sani shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 21-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 22-0 became the score in the 95th minute when Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 98th minute, Jürgen Fahlgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Minh Banana was frozen by the shot and now it was 23-0. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
