Cosme Fernendo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Hieronim Pruss sped through River's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cosme Fernendo. With a little luck, Bialski Bastion Legii's Florian Czapski got control of the ball when Erik Lund tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hieronim Pruss in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Fernendo saved River from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Hieronim Pruss put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cosme Fernendo. After a defensive mix-up in Bialski Bastion Legii's zone, Gaetan Slaghmeulders stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Czapski came out of the goal and Gaetan Slaghmeulders tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hieronim Pruss in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosme Fernendo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cosme Fernendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hieronim Pruss in the 40th minute of the match. Cosme Fernendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hieronim Pruss in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hieronim Pruss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosme Fernendo was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.
