Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Furgal in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erwin Pellicer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes into the match, C.A. GUAYACO's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Rossi came free, but Erwin Pellicer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erwin Pellicer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Podolski in the 10th minute of the match. Radomir Podolski scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erwin Pellicer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caicedo Berrondo got free with Iwan Nakoneczny in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Caicedo Berrondo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iwan Nakoneczny firmly grabbed it by the left post. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kliczek&Syn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Obarenes was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A. GUAYACO's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Kliczek&Syn's Iwan Nakoneczny got control of the ball when Caicedo Berrondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paolo Rossi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erwin Pellicer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Erwin Pellicer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Furgal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Caicedo Berrondo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iwan Nakoneczny. The goal made the score 1-2. Rodrigo Caborredondo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Erwin Pellicer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Furgal's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Furgal in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erwin Pellicer saved C.A. GUAYACO from getting behind. Erwin Pellicer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Furgal, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caicedo Berrondo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Kliczek&Syn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kant Spel to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 53 minutes, Caicedo Berrondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. GUAYACO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caicedo Berrondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radomir Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Erwin Pellicer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mendoza Joseph replaced Caicedo Berrondo. 70 minutes into the match, C.A. GUAYACO's goalkeeper Erwin Pellicer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Furgal. Erwin Pellicer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Furgal in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Igor Furgal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erwin Pellicer. C.A. GUAYACO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Furgal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Kliczek&Syn's Baldemar Cienfuegos was substituted for Radomir Podolski. If Igor Furgal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwan Nakoneczny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mendoza Joseph, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Igor Furgal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Agustin Pillado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. GUAYACO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When Kliczek&Syn's Igor Furgal in 90 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Erwin Pellicer guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When Gutierrez Castorena fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. GUAYACO's protests and gave Gutierrez Castorena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kliczek&Syn booed when C.A. GUAYACO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gutierrez Castorena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. GUAYACO's zone, Igor Furgal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erwin Pellicer came out of the goal and Igor Furgal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Zachariasz Bartochowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Kliczek&Syn could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.A. GUAYACO throughout the match.
