Tomas Baldovino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tyron Velasquez took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Baldovino. Tomas Baldovino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Tomas Baldovino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 17th minute of play. Tomas Baldovino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 18th minute of the match. Tomas Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lanny Gilmore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Santos FC's Tory Weeks got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tyron Velasquez got free with Tomas Baldovino in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Goel Mahal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Smallwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Anga FC's Ricardo Ferrer got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Tomas Baldovino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tyron Velasquez in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarne Vrancken came free, but Aaron Smallwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Baldovino came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Santos FC's Lanny Gilmore. But to his dismay, Lanny Gilmore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 47th minute Lanny Gilmore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Baldovino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Jackie Chan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Aaron Smallwood skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Aaron Smallwood managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Anga FC's Jackie Chan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lanny Gilmore might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Baldovino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lanny Gilmore ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Baldovino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Marcial Quintyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Smallwood was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 95th minute Marcial Quintyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Smallwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Quintyn in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Smallwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 97th minute Anga FC were awarded a corner. Todor Latinov went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Santos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Anga FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
