In the 8th match minute, F.Salgado F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Macaneață to maneuver through the defense. Matt Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Macaneață in the 12th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Túlio Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toa Toa 4EVER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 25th minute Demetrio Ubriaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Diego Barral could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Matt Ryan however easily saved by the left post. F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save F.Salgado F.C. from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the game, Teodoro Moreno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Túlio Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matt Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The Toa Toa 4EVER players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. F.Salgado F.C. were winning 1-2.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Moreno couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Róbson Simões in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matt Ryan saved F.Salgado F.C. from getting behind. In the 77th minute, Daniel Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Túlio Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Moreno. Túlio Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pitin Sánchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Pitin Sánchez took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Túlio Silva to make any attempt to save it. F.Salgado F.C.'s Pitin Sánchez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Thomas Bartlett, made in the 89th minute of the game. Róbson Simões scored 2-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matt Ryan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Toa Toa 4EVER's Róbson Simões in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.Salgado F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched F.Salgado F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
