Rüknettin Demirbaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Maraschin, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Ruperto Naike notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kültepe Spor Kulübü's Rüknettin Demirbaş. Rüknettin Demirbaş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ruperto Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute André Maraschin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rüknettin Demirbaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gökcan Özakan charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gökcan Özakan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Gökcan Özakan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Rossi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rüknettin Demirbaş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Ruperto Naike ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rüknettin Demirbaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Tirense F.C.'s André Maraschin got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Maraschin took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rüknettin Demirbaş. Rüknettin Demirbaş dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. André Maraschin scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rüknettin Demirbaş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rüknettin Demirbaş didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Maraschin went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Necip Fazıl Aşık made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Kültepe Spor Kulübü's Korhan Balıkçıoğlu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Rüknettin Demirbaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Onbera in the 54th minute. In the 55th match minute, Kültepe Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korhan Balıkçıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Maraschin got free with Rüknettin Demirbaş in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gökcan Özakan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Rossi made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kültepe Spor Kulübü's Şerif Sabahaddin. Dante Pero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rüknettin Demirbaş having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, André Maraschin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rüknettin Demirbaş. Kültepe Spor Kulübü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that André Maraschin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 87th minute, Dante Pero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rüknettin Demirbaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Rüknettin Demirbaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Naike in the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Tirense F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kültepe Spor Kulübü.
