Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) White Star Troopers's Adam Proca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, White Star Troopers's Zbigniew Laba got control of the ball when Dieguinho Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute, Ruy Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Paulopolis booed when White Star Troopers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Hildebrandt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Proca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Cayetano Rito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cayetano Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Labus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szymon Labus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 29 played minutes White Star Troopers got a freekick which was hit by Szymon Labus. The audience was convinced that Szymon Labus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cayetano Rito was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Cayetano Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo León, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Zbigniew Laba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguinho Amaral in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Paulopolis got a corner. White Star Troopers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cícero Reis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Paulopolis's corner Cícero Reis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zbigniew Laba quite easily take care of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The wind increased when Dieguinho Amaral made the kick off in the second half. Cayetano Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szymon Labus, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sérgio Gonçalves during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sérgio Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Cayetano Rito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo León in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Amaral in the 54th minute of play forced White Star Troopers's goalkeeper Zbigniew Laba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, White Star Troopers's Szymon Labus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo León in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cayetano Rito saved Paulopolis from getting behind. White Star Troopers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
