The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Valentin in the 4th minute of play. Aílton de Mendonça's late challenge caught a VN FC Spartak-Varna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aílton de Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Aílton de Mendonça. In the 7th minute, Benjamin Lundgren made a precise shot to the right of Tomé Mota. Agua Santa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Agua Santa from getting a goal against them. After 11 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Cosme. Danny Valentin kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Enrique Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hans Curtis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Paraszczuk in the 17th minute of play. Ademar Cabral came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tomé Mota could save by the left post. Hans Curtis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ademar Cabral. The supporters of Agua Santa booed when VN FC Spartak-Varna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Boklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Curtis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugênio Monteiro in the 23rd minute of play. Enrique Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Curtis having to interfere. Zbigniew Paraszczuk scored 2-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomé Mota, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Ademar Cabral notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Agua Santa's Tomé Mota. Tomé Mota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eugênio Monteiro's late challenge caught a VN FC Spartak-Varna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugênio Monteiro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Paraszczuk came free, but Tomé Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Frank Rosa made the kick off in the second half. Zbigniew Paraszczuk took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomé Mota. Tomé Mota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Eugênio Monteiro got his second yellow card in the match during the 54th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 57 minutes into the match, Ademar Cabral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomé Mota. Agua Santa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ademar Cabral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Tiago Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Jânio Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Paraszczuk came free, but Tomé Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomé Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbigniew Paraszczuk went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute, Benjamin Lundgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomé Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 77th minute of the match VN FC Spartak-Varna got a corner. Agua Santa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yancho Motev ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kaloyan Shavarski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Tomé Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Paraszczuk in the 80th minute of the match. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Lundgren in the 83rd minute of play. Tomé Mota came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by VN FC Spartak-Varna's Zbigniew Paraszczuk. But to his dismay, Zbigniew Paraszczuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After a rather tough play, Agua Santa's Frank Rosa got a free kick in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Zbigniew Paraszczuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomé Mota. Agua Santa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zbigniew Paraszczuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. VN FC Spartak-Varna had played much better football throughout.
