Santiago Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Evangelista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fabrício Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Beech United's Fabrício Cordeiro in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nueva Chicago's goalie prevented a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Patrik Konsel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuele Zoff. Beech United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrik Konsel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when 郑誉真 got free with Emanuele Zoff in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nueva Chicago's goalkeeper Santiago Cañizares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute Fabrício Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Cañizares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Konsel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Fabrício Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beech United's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Cañizares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabrício Cordeiro took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Cañizares. Santiago Cañizares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. A collision led to Beech United getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Nurkan Semdin hit a great ball. Arlo Abril charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arlo Abril the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Beech United booed when Nueva Chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlo Abril didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santiago Cañizares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Beech United's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Konsel came free, but Emanuele Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Nueva Chicago's Santiago Cañizares got control of the ball when Fabrício Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santiago Cañizares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrício Cordeiro in the 54th minute. Beech United's Isaac Evangelista was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Santiago Cañizares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fabrício Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Santiago Cañizares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beech United. Beech United made a substitution. Péter Ludas replaced Dumitru Ghițulescu. Emanuele Zoff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrei Agulescu went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nueva Chicago's goalkeeper Santiago Cañizares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arlo Abril in the 87th minute of play forced Beech United's goalkeeper Emanuele Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fabrício Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Beech United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
