The audience thought a goal was coming when Kryspin Oryniak got free with Grzegorz Siekierski in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Przemyslaw Moryl came free, but Grzegorz Siekierski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Kryspin Oryniak made the kick off in the second half. GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Oryniak in the 52nd minute of play. Leon Mosiniak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edin Džeko in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute of the match GeRaÇãO-83 got a corner.
