In the 4thth minute of the game Florian Plouffe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ÇORUM FK's Umut İnceman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 4 minutes, Florian Plouffe made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ÇORUM FK's Umut İnceman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Plouffe in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umut İnceman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Umut İnceman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raik Topuz in the 12th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Olympique Fribourg's Raik Topuz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Umut İnceman was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florian Plouffe in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Umut İnceman saved ÇORUM FK from getting behind. Raik Topuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umut İnceman having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Plouffe in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umut İnceman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Umut İnceman came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique Fribourg's Raik Topuz. But to his dismay, Raik Topuz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florian Plouffe in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Umut İnceman saved ÇORUM FK from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, ÇORUM FK's Fikri Sakman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tristan Arioli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Umut İnceman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Plouffe in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Samet Uraza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florian Plouffe struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Umut İnceman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympique Fribourg. ÇORUM FK's Umut İnceman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Steiner in the 36th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Olympique Fribourg's Florian Plouffe made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Umut İnceman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raik Topuz scored 0-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umut İnceman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fikri Sakman to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM FK's Fikri Sakman got a free kick in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Florian Plouffe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Umut İnceman. ÇORUM FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Plouffe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Umut İnceman was a little too slow when Raik Topuz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-7. 70 minutes into the match, Mustafa Cumhur Altun notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of Olympique Fribourg's Tristan Arioli. Tristan Arioli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Raik Topuz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Olympique Fribourg's Raik Topuz got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Olympique Fribourg's Matt Metzger seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Matt Metzger the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Olympique Fribourg protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Matt Metzger had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 92 minutes into the game, Remo Pürro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olympique Fribourg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÇORUM FK the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, Olympique Fribourg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Pürro to maneuver through the defense.
