In the 10th match minute, Royal Knights FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Salandri to maneuver through the defense. Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Elia in the 11th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Cristo Elia made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Elia, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Royal Knights FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Elia came free, but Cristo Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 15 in the game by Abel Demario from a close distance when the talented Cristo Cordara managed to make a qualified save. Royal Knights FC's players were relieved. In the 18th minute, Rico Migachev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Carlos Lima shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Iztal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Cutberto got free with Cristo Cordara in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara got control of the ball when Aaron Cutberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcel Corrêa's late challenge caught a Espirillo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcel Corrêa helped the player get up and apologised. Marcel Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Cristo Cordara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Elia in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Royal Knights FC defense, Cristo Elia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Cordara. The Royal Knights FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Cordara should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Cutberto got free with Cristo Cordara in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Cutberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jorge Iztal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hudson Pires's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Cristos in the 39th minute of play. With a little luck, Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara got control of the ball when Joaquim Fernandes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Manu Smets fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Royal Knights FC's protests and gave Manu Smets a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Royal Knights FC got a freekick which was hit by Manu Smets. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaron Cutberto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Royal Knights FC's goalkeeper Cristo Cordara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Espirillo FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Royal Knights FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aaron Cutberto took the corner. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Cutberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristo Cordara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristo Elia went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Cristo Cordara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Elia in the 64th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Joaquim Fernandes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Cordara. Royal Knights FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquim Fernandes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 73 minutes into the match, Royal Knights FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Cutberto came free, but Cristo Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristo Elia succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Cristo Cordara came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Espirillo FC's Saverio Cristos. But to his dismay, Saverio Cristos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 84th match minute, Royal Knights FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Salandri to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Cordara having to interfere. Cristo Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Elia in the 86th minute of the match. Manu Smets could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Jorge Iztal made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Aaron Cutberto made a precise shot to the right of Cristo Cordara. Royal Knights FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 94 minutes into the match, Espirillo FC's Aaron Cutberto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Espirillo FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
