Club de la Serpiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy De Witte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Club de la Serpiente's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Ermano came free, but Guaberto Micael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roy De Witte to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Victor Ermano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Guaberto Micael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club de la Serpiente's Guaberto Micael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Ermano in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club de la Serpiente's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roy De Witte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Cent Berre made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Club de la Serpiente's zone, Benjamin Polo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Micael came out of the goal and Benjamin Polo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guaberto Micael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julien Álvarez in the 67th minute of the match. Falcor Athletic Club's Cent Berre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Falcor Athletic Club from getting a goal against them. Benjamin Polo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Micael having to interfere. Club de la Serpiente's Alvaro Jordy managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Baldomiro Austin in the 84 minute of the game. 89 minutes into the match, Club de la Serpiente's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Atarratze came free, but Guaberto Micael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Falcor Athletic Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
