François-Xavier Dionnet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdellatif Benkhirane in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's 莫正凌 got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 44th minute, Abdellatif Benkhirane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. François-Xavier Dionnet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 47th minute Abdellatif Benkhirane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Abdellatif Benkhirane struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marrakech FC. Abdellatif Benkhirane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but François-Xavier Dionnet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Sebastião Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Bide in the 82nd minute of the match. Marrakech FC's Sebastião Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Bide in the 85th minute of play.
