Isidoro Young started the match with the kick off. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlo Arruta in the 2nd minute of play. Tim Van Brussel hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Esquirla FC's Orvar Larsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Esquirla FC from getting a goal against them. After 13 minutes Esquirla FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Gustavo Caicedo who took care of the corner kick. 14 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's Arlo Arruta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soriano Espiñeira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benjamin Specht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Soriano Espiñeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Bertran hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Carlos Gustavo Caicedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orvar Larsson skillfully saved the ball. Orvar Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Parra, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlo Arruta in the 31st minute of play. Orvar Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Gustavo Caicedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristen Lijsens hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Carlos Gustavo Caicedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Orvar Larsson made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Isidoro Young had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orvar Larsson. Esquirla FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Young was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

In the 52nd match minute, Esquirla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricki Martín to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd match minute, Esquirla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Van Aerschot to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esquirla FC's goalkeeper Orvar Larsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Arlo Arruta came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Esquirla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arlo Arruta couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Young in the 56th minute of play forced Esquirla FC's goalkeeper Orvar Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Parra came free, but Orvar Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Parra scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orvar Larsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Esquirla FC defense, Nicanor Parra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orvar Larsson. The Esquirla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orvar Larsson should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Esquirla FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Tim Van Brussel hit a great ball. Orvar Larsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Young in the 68th minute of play. The corner led Navalito's Enric Mira to fire away a dangerous shot which Orvar Larsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Navalito's Enric Mira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orvar Larsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Esquirla FC's Orvar Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Parra in the 72nd minute of play. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arlo Arruta in the 86th minute of play. Esquirla FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dedé van Beek in the 89th minute. The corner led Esquirla FC's Dedé van Beek to fire away a dangerous shot which Soriano Espiñeira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Caers in the 94th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Navalito had played much better football throughout.
