Jonathan Treviño made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sture Hellbom in the 14th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Sture Hellbom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Billesholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sture Hellbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Mario Caballero with Wojciech Nocny as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 21 minutes into the match, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Treviño had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sture Hellbom. The supporters of Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulkerim Bardakçı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Mario Caballero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Wojciech Nocny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Sture Hellbom. 30 minutes into the match, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Hellbom came free, but Jonathan Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Caballero to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sture Hellbom got free with Jonathan Treviño in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Wojciech Nocny came free, but Jonathan Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egon Lepisk in the 39th minute of the match. Jonathan Orozco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Jurgiel in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Jonathan Treviño got control of the ball when Sture Hellbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sture Hellbom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Treviño read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Billesholm getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Björn Hagberg hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Egon Lepisk made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Björn Hagberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Egon Lepisk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Orozco. That made the score 0-1 after 53 minutes of play. In the 56th minute, Heraclides Palma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Hellbom came free, but Jonathan Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Egon Lepisk in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sture Hellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jonathan Treviño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC defense, Sture Hellbom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Treviño. The Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Treviño should have stopped the shot. Billesholm's Karl-Magnus Ferm was substituted for Sten Nordgren. In the 71st minute Gabriel Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Treviño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wojciech Nocny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Orozco was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Gabriel Jesus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC made a substitution. Topo Barbi replaced Heraclides Palma. Gabriel Jesus took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Treviño. Jonathan Treviño dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Jesus in the 87th minute of play forced Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Treviño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Topo Barbi hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Aureliusz Jurgiel took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Jonathan Orozco to make any attempt to save it. If Gabriel Jesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Jonathan Treviño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Jesus in the 93rd minute of play. Dennis Law struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jonathan Orozco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
