Franco Marholz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After some careless play in the Deportivo Andaluz defense, Ettore Varglien kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franco Marholz. The Deportivo Andaluz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franco Marholz should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ettore Varglien put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Franco Marholz. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quintén L´Hotelier made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Bernardino Vedillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franco Marholz. When the match was over PICCOLE PESTI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Andaluz throughout the match.
