When El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Andaluz's goalie prevented a goal. After 6 played minutes Deportivo Andaluz got a freekick which was hit by Adam Salvatierra. The goalkeeper, Franco Marholz, was totally fooled by El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Hernán Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Marholz came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by El Millo de Haedo's Pedro Gonzalez. But to his dismay, Pedro Gonzalez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 19 minutes in the game, Pedro Gonzalez fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Franco Marholz having to interfere. Hernán Crespo got the audiences attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 22nd minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. A collision led to El Millo de Haedo getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Feliciano Gilabert hit a great ball. If Remigio Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Millo de Haedo's Pedro Gonzalez got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Franco Marholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernán Crespo in the 31st minute of play. The El Millo de Haedo fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Franco Marholz stood somewhat misplaced when Hernán Crespo came free in front of goal and shot 6-0 to the left of him in the 40 minute. Franco Marholz made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Alejo Urtun sent off a good shot on target. Deportivo Andaluz's Franco Marholz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Andaluz from getting a goal against them. Franco Marholz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Gonzalez in the 47th minute.
The wind increased when Quintén L´Hotelier made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Pedro Gonzalez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Franco Marholz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernán Crespo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Marholz saved Deportivo Andaluz from getting behind. 56 minutes into the game, El Millo de Haedo's Hernán Crespo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franco Marholz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Franco Marholz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Crespo in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Jeremias Ereinotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Vicente Baracaldo in the 62nd minute really tested Fernando Ruisko's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 64th minute, Jorge Olguín got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Hernán Crespo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franco Marholz was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, El Millo de Haedo's Feliciano Gilabert got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Deportivo Andaluz's Enmanuel Mallea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Ruisko. Fernando Ruisko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-1. 78 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's Pedro Gonzalez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franco Marholz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Franco Marholz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Crespo in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Hernán Crespo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Andaluz's Franco Marholz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Urtun in the 86th minute of play forced Deportivo Andaluz's goalkeeper Franco Marholz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pedro Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the El Millo de Haedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. Franco Marholz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Uhin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hernán Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernán Crespo in the 95th minute of play forced Deportivo Andaluz's goalkeeper Franco Marholz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that El Millo de Haedo were the better team. El Millo de Haedo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
