In the 15th minute Thiago Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anderson Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, MAZER SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dudu Berger to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Jerzy Augustyn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adriano Carneiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fae Folgore's goalkeeper Anderson Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Jerzy Augustyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Carneiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience was convinced that Dudu Berger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anderson Trigo was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Fae Folgore's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Laurgain Ruiz scored to the left of an out of position Anderson Trigo, making the score, 1-2. Adriano Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Augustyn in the 36th minute of the match. Adriano Carneiro came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Fae Folgore's Jakub Latocha. But to his dismay, Jakub Latocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The MAZER SAF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fae Folgore were winning 1-4.

If Jerzy Augustyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beraldo Soberano kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Adriano Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Latocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The goalkeeper, Adriano Carneiro, was totally fooled by Fae Folgore's Marco Fabelo, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Castro couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, MAZER SAF's Beraldo Soberano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Beraldo Soberano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MAZER SAF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Beraldo Soberano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Anderson Trigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurgain Ruiz's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Fabelo got free with Adriano Carneiro in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jakub Latocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laurgain Ruiz in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anderson Trigo saved Fae Folgore from getting behind. The supporters of Fae Folgore booed when MAZER SAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeu Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriano Carneiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Augustyn in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurgain Ruiz in the 96th minute of play forced Fae Folgore's goalkeeper Anderson Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute MAZER SAF were awarded a corner. Dudu Berger went to the cornerflag to take it. Fae Folgore's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
