Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Smiddy Celts fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Phillip McKeochan might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Barrientos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Phillip McKeochan ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in USS Enterprise's zone, Phillip McKeochan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Barrientos came out of the goal and Phillip McKeochan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the USS Enterprise defense, Paddy Thomson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Barrientos. The USS Enterprise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Barrientos should have stopped the shot. Basilio Barrientos came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan. But to his dismay, Phillip McKeochan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 29th minute, Wal McVean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Smiddy Celts fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Basilio Barrientos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Graeme Gordon went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Barrientos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basilio Barrientos came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Smiddy Celts's Graeme Gordon. But to his dismay, Graeme Gordon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Smiddy Celts's Jesse McJames played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Zaugg in the 40th minute of play. Graeme Gordon might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Barrientos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Graeme Gordon ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phillip McKeochan in the 44th minute of play forced USS Enterprise's goalkeeper Basilio Barrientos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Paddy Thomson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to USS Enterprise getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Florian Otto hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julien Zaugg to make the kick off. 雷益铮 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Barrientos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Phillip McKeochan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 54 minute of play. When Smiddy Celts's Phillip McKeochan in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USS Enterprise's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind USS Enterprise's goalkeeper Basilio Barrientos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 60 minutes, 雷益铮 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Smiddy Celts and the USS Enterprise players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes, USS Enterprise's Wilhelm Hildmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesse McJames came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in USS Enterprise reached it. Jesse McJames took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Zaugg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Graeme Gordon got free with Basilio Barrientos in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Laerte Tande got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Basilio Barrientos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Phillip McKeochan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Basilio Barrientos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Smiddy Celts made a substitution. Sean McDrain replaced Paddy Thomson. Phillip McKeochan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Phillip McKeochan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basilio Barrientos, 0-10. Phillip McKeochan took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Barrientos. Basilio Barrientos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Smiddy Celts's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
