The Smiddy Celts fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Los Chamos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wal McVean came free, but Su Peroalfonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Su Peroalfonso was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Graeme Gordon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Graeme Gordon really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 25th minute, Phillip McKeochan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Su Peroalfonso. The goal made the score 4-0. Su Peroalfonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paddy Thomson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wal McVean got free with Su Peroalfonso in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wal McVean in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Su Peroalfonso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 32nd minute, Alexi Popgeorgiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Smiddy Celts's Paddy Thomson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Su Peroalfonso. That made the score 5-0 after 38 minutes of play. Su Peroalfonso made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Paddy Thomson sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th match minute, Los Chamos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Beranga to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Phillip McKeochan to strike the kick off in the second half. Su Peroalfonso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. If Connor Murdoson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Graeme Gordon made a precise shot to the right of Su Peroalfonso. Los Chamos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 63rd minute, Tiago Beranga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Los Chamos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paddy Thomson came free, but Su Peroalfonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Chamos FC's Su Peroalfonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graeme McRobie in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wal McVean in the 91st minute of play forced Los Chamos FC's goalkeeper Su Peroalfonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Sean McDrain made a precise shot to the right of Su Peroalfonso. Los Chamos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Smiddy Celts's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
