Jerzy Augustyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesse McJames having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Fae Folgore got a freekick which was hit by Marco Fabelo.

If Graeme Gordon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Graeme Gordon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anderson Trigo having to interfere. Smiddy Celts's Wal McVean was substituted for Mbadiwe Mpenza. Marco Fabelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute.
