Rosendo Gitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Back in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svetoslav Vardarov in the 19th minute of play forced Mountainhammer United's goalkeeper Roar Klev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mountainhammer United fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Mountainhammer United's Aron Blom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 26th minute Arne Back shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Gitano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Mauro Lugo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mountainhammer United's Roar Klev. Roar Klev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 33 minutes into the match, Expresso Ranelagh's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Gallin came free, but Rosendo Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
