After 19 minutes of play, Jr Familia Campos FC's Leo Crespo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiaguinho Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd match minute, Jr Familia Campos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dênis de Senna to maneuver through the defense. RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Crespo in the 26th minute of play. After 28 played minutes RIBEIRÃO FC got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Perez. In the 33rd minute, Cléberson Baiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiaguinho Pirani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 36th minute, Luís Eduardo Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Beto Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leo Crespo made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Leo Crespo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiaguinho Pirani. After having played for 59 minutes, Leo Crespo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jr Familia Campos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Crespo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Leo Crespo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Leo Crespo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Tiaguinho Pirani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leo Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Pirani having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto de Queirós during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Abel Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiaguinho Pirani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 0-8 became the score in the 77th minute when Leo Crespo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tiaguinho Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Crespo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jr Familia Campos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Naldo Prado in the 83rd minute. Naldo Prado made a great header on Jr Familia Campos FC's corner, it was just that RIBEIRÃO FC's Tiaguinho Pirani managed to reach the ball for a save.
