The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Lind's late challenge caught a Corralito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Lind helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Daniel Lind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, Morris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Chaves came free, but Alexis Vincenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Horia Buzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Corralito AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Horia Buzea was slow to take the kick. During this time Morris FC's players had a chance to rest. Alexis Vincenti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bebeto Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bebeto Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexis Vincenti having to interfere. Alexis Vincenti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebeto Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Bebeto Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexis Vincenti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bebeto Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulises Loren hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corralito AFC's zone, Horia Buzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Lopez came out of the goal and Horia Buzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute of the match Morris FC got a corner. Corralito AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horia Buzea ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mats Backs short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Ramon Lopez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alex Sjöström hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The supporters of Corralito AFC booed when Morris FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Eckegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Fernando Cavenaghi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexis Vincenti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Quinto in the 41st minute of play forced Morris FC's goalkeeper Alexis Vincenti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bebeto Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexis Vincenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Chaves in the 47th minute of play. The Morris FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Corralito AFC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mats Back to strike the kick off in the second half. Bebeto Chaves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Alexis Vincenti made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Back in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Lopez saved Corralito AFC from getting behind. After 54 minutes Corralito AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Horia Buzea who took care of the corner kick. 59 minutes into the match, Morris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Chaves came free, but Alexis Vincenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Morris FC's goalkeeper Alexis Vincenti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bebeto Chaves. Bebeto Chaves in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexis Vincenti, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 72nd match minute, Corralito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Langley to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Corralito AFC's Bebeto Chaves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexis Vincenti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Christoffer Eckegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Morris FC's goalkeeper Alexis Vincenti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Morris FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Sivert Rolandsson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Morris FC's zone, Bebeto Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexis Vincenti came out of the goal and Bebeto Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bebeto Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes, Mats Back mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morris FC and the Corralito AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Morris FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mats Back hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Corralito AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Morris FC.
