Godfredo Dimas got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alejandro Berdaitz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elmar Loorits in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Chabier saved Pituil FC from getting behind. Elmar Loorits blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Chabier having to make a save. The FC Kopli fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when FC Kopli's Elmar Loorits looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 22 minutes into the match, Pituil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elmar Loorits came free, but Marcial Chabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Kopli's Madis Ratas got a free kick in the 24th minute. The FC Kopli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pituil FC's Marcial Chabier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elmar Loorits in the 42nd minute of play. Alejandro Berdaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joakim Vennerström having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elmar Loorits stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcial Chabier made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Elmar Loorits sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, FC Kopli's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Berdaitz came free, but Joakim Vennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
