Florian Kiewra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Henk Van Linthout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. Henk Van Linthout's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florian Kiewra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Patrik Fagrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziemowit Fleszar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henk Van Linthout in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florian Kiewra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 27 minutes, Thomas Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Ugglan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Sundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ziemowit Fleszar struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Patrik Fagrell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Michałki Wietrzyce. Florian Kiewra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute of the match, Ziemowit Fleszar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patrik Fagrell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The corner ended in Dobromir Majkowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell did a great save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Sundberg to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Henk Van Linthout dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Florian Kiewra, 1-3.
